      Job Description

      Manage process (in full and on time) to guarantee excellent in-store execution and operations for our brands & innovations at store level in line with the operational excellence principles and the brand guidelines

      Key responsibilities of the role:

      STRATEGIC CATEGORY AND CUSTOMER DEVELOPMENT

      • in-store executions and operations for all brand activations & innovations through merchandiser team
      • Manage collaboration with Shopper Marketing and Sales Team regarding promotional/POS material/display implement the best choice to achieve required objectives
      • Deploy and communicate promotional /POS material/displays/NPD launch and set in-store priorities through merchandiser team
      • Close collaboration with field sales team and merchandiser team on all relevant information to secure in store execution
      • Linking pin with different departments in order to ensure operational excellence within our organizations
      • Manage to launch special projects such as coaching, developing, and motivating merchandiser team to build capability and ensure excellence in-store execution as directed by Sales Excellence Manager.

      OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE (OPEX)

      • Monitor activation compliance at store level, report quarterly / monthly summary to Sales Excellence Manager discovering the areas for improvement.
      • Develop recommendations for cost-efficiency and display optimization to improve Company profit KPIs

      PROMOTIONAL ACTIVITY

      • Translate defined promotions and activations into POS execution: promotional packaging, in store visibility materials and other relevant activities
      • Lead in-store executions and POS material implementation to drive brands awareness and penetration
      • Support marketing in executing promo SKUs with additional value to ensure flawless execution in stores

      SALES FORCE

      • Close collaboration with field sales team on all relevant information to secure in store execution

      Qualifications

      Education: Bachelor’s in business, economics or marketing

      Must have:

      • Minimum 5 years of experience in Merchandising, Shopper marketing or Sales
      • Sales experience recommended
      • FMCG (fast moving consumer goods) market knowledge
      • Upper-intermediate English
