      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide guidance and technical support to Resource Specialist Teachers in various educational areas
      - Coordinate and implement staff development activities in collaboration with Curriculum Specialists
      - Conduct assessments for specialized referrals and review assessment reports from teachers
      - Monitor and review IEPs for compliance and assist in their implementation
      - Attend school-site IEP meetings to provide input on curriculum and instruction strategies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Earned Master's Degree in a related field (e.g., Curriculum & Instruction, Special Education)
      - At least two (2) years of successful full-time service in a certificated position as a Resource Specialist Program Teacher in a K-8 school
      - Valid Clear California Education Specialist Instruction Credential
      - NCLB certification
      - Added Authorization in Autism Spectrum

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Valid Clear California Multiple Subject Teaching Credential with English Learner authorization
