      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist in developing e-learning materials and training resources using various media formats
      - Support the research, writing, and editing of construction course content and training outlines
      - Help maintain existing e-learning modules for accuracy and consistency
      - Assist with Learning Management System (LMS) tasks, including content uploads and course organization
      - Collaborate with team members to support training development and improvements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be currently enrolled in university
      - Working towards a bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Multimedia, Education, Communications, or a related field
      - Ability to think creatively with a strong interest in e-learning software and instructional design
      - Demonstrated computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
      - Regular availability to work full workdays from Monday through Friday

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience or coursework related to instructional design or e-learning development
      - Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
      - Strong presentation skills and experience in project management
      - Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
      - Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with team members
