      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Monitor and manage the insurance exception report to ensure compliance.
      - Assist with internal vendor insurance audits and maintain document integrity.
      - Manage data integrity related to mortgagee clauses, lender requirements, and insurable values.
      - Provide insurance guidance and support across multiple teams.
      - Partner with Asset Managers, Closers, and Escrow Managers to uphold insurance coverage integrity.

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 10 years' experience with insurance in commercial real estate.
      - Relevant experience in commercial real estate finance and loan servicing.
      - Experience on the insurance agency or carrier side; insurance underwriting experience is a plus.
      - High school diploma required; undergraduate business degree preferred.
      - Fluency in Microsoft Excel and Word programs.

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Possession of current insurance designations (i.e., CPCU, CISR, CIC, AIS, CRM, etc.) is a plus.
      - Experience managing multiple assignments and meeting deadlines effectively.
      - Strong organizational and communication skills.
