      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage accounts receivable for Ambulatory Surgical Centers and follow up on denials promptly
      - Write and initiate appeals, and follow up on the status of appeals with insurance carriers
      - Interact confidently with insurance representatives to resolve issues
      - Utilize organizational and time management skills to handle multiple accounts effectively
      - Maintain knowledge of managed care contracts and the insurance collection process

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare insurance collections
      - Strong knowledge of medical billing, insurance guidelines, and appeals processes
      - Proficiency in using computers and Windows-driven software
      - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
      - Ability to work collaboratively and promote a positive company image

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working with non-participating providers
      - Demonstrated ability to solve problems related to accounts receivable tasks
      - Familiarity with various managed care contracts and fee schedules
