What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Financially clear all scheduled patients within 48 hours of their office visit or procedure
- Resolve account issues and provide cost estimates to patients
- Collaborate with Physician Offices, Insurance Companies, and Revenue Cycle team
- Assist in reviewing, analyzing, and implementing process improvement changes
- Ensure protection and recovery of all revenues associated with services provided

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proficiency in EPIC Insurance and Estimates
- In-depth knowledge of insurance benefits and coverages
- Previous experience working remotely
- Experience with estimates in a hospital setting
- Availability for Monday - Friday shifts

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2+ years of experience in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management
- Certification in Revenue Cycle Management
- Familiarity with Mass insurance benefits and coverages
