What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Accurately post all insurance EFTs received daily through the bank
- Process insurance checks and virtual credit cards (VCCs)
- Maintain a goal of posting at least 98% of pending payments within 24 hours
- Complete daily payment reconciliation by office
- Review denials and ensure reworkable denials remain open for follow-up or appeal
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience with dental insurance payment posting and reconciliation
- Familiarity with EFTs, checks, and virtual credit card payments
- Understanding of EOBs, adjustments, and denials
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to stay organized and meet daily deadlines
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a dental group or DSO environment is a plus
