Our remote call center allows our agents to work alongside their mentors from the comfort of their own homes, making it a great option for those who prefer to avoid commuting to the office. We also have a fantastic method if you believe that your skills are better suited to direct sales.

• Connect with warm leads provided daily - no cold calling, no door knocking, and no relying on referrals only.
• Speak with clients to understand their needs and help them find the right life insurance coverage.
• Meet with clients virtually by phone or video from the comfort of your home.
• Set and manage your own schedule while enjoying flexibility and independence.
• Follow a simple, proven sales system with step-by-step training and guidance.
• Work closely with experienced mentors who support your development and success.
• Track your activity, continue learning through training, and grow your income as you improve your results.
Qualifications
What We're Looking For
• No experience required - we provide training; you must be able to pass a standard background check (no felony convictions).
• Willingness to obtain a state life insurance license (we'll guide and support you through the process if you're not licensed yet).
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic, with motivation to grow your income based on your effort.
• Friendly communication skills and comfortable speaking with clients over the phone or online.
• Coachability and a willingness to learn, including participating in virtual training sessions via Zoom.
• Ability to work from home and manage your schedule responsibly.
