What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Meet with clients to assess their insurance needs and recommend tailored coverage options
- Implement local marketing efforts, including phone outreach, mailers, and social media
- Guide clients through the claims process when needed
- Manage policy renewals and maintain ongoing client relationships
- Oversee administrative tasks, including budgeting and recruiting
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Active Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health insurance license
- Minimum of 2 years of insurance sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Strong customer relationship and networking skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven
