- Respond to all generated leads.
- Outbound calling/sourcing of leads.
- Assess potential clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.
- Develop personalized quotes and present them to clients in a clear, professional manner.
- Close sales and ensure smooth onboarding for new clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and satisfaction.
- Conduct periodic reviews of clients' insurance needs to offer updated or additional coverage.
- Provide ongoing support for policy changes, claims, and renewals.
- Stay up to date with personal insurance products, industry trends, and regulations.
- Explain coverage details, policy features, and exclusions to clients.
- Educate clients on the value and importance of appropriate coverage.
- Accurately input and maintain client information in the agency's management system.
- Prepare and process insurance applications, endorsements, and renewals.
- Handle billing inquiries and resolve client issues promptly
- Insurance Expertise :
- Strong understanding of personal lines insurance products such as auto, home, renters, and umbrella policies.
- Ability to explain complex insurance concepts in simple terms to clients.
- Skilled in identifying client needs, cross-selling, and upselling opportunities.
- Ability to close deals effectively while maintaining client trust and satisfaction.
- Familiarity with state and federal insurance regulations and adherence to compliance standards.
- Passion for helping clients find the right insurance solutions for their needs.
- Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and fostering long-term relationships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication to clearly articulate policy details and address client concerns.
- Active listening skills to understand client needs thoroughly.
- Ability to remain empathetic and composed when dealing with client questions, concerns, or claims.
- Accuracy in preparing quotes, entering client information, and processing policy changes.
- Ability to handle multiple clients, tasks, and deadlines efficiently without compromising quality.
- Resourcefulness in finding solutions to client issues, such as resolving billing discrepancies or identifying gaps in coverage.
- Strong focus on meeting or exceeding sales targets while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.

- High school diploma required.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in personal lines insurance sales or service.
- Proven track record in sales.
- Experience meeting or exceeding sales targets or quotas.
- Active state insurance license in personal lines required.

About the Role
