      - Hourly wage up to $21.00 plus uncapped commissions (on-target annual earnings: $100,000-$150,000+)

      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Respond to inbound calls from prospective customers regarding personal line auto and home insurance policies
      - Educate customers on insurance policy details, including coverage and pricing
      - Prepare and bind quotes through our insurance carrier partners
      - Effectively problem-solve and handle objections to facilitate policy purchases
      - Engage in attentive, high-energy conversations with customers to find the best policy fit

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Ability to multitask and manage multiple competing priorities
      - Passion for helping others
      - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
      - Availability to work flexible hours as needed
      - Must be able to obtain a Property and Casualty (P&C) license

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in sales or customer service within the insurance industry
      - Familiarity with auto and home insurance products
      - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
      - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to overcome objections
      - Experience working in a remote environment
