      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle inbound calls from customers looking to compare prices and purchase auto and home insurance
      - Complete the paid sales training and pre-licensing programs successfully
      - Obtain and maintain required licenses for multiple state appointments as a licensed sales agent
      - Utilize various quoting systems and MS Office applications to assist customers efficiently
      - Demonstrate strong communication skills while providing excellent customer service in a call center environment

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license in good standing if licensed; if unlicensed, must complete pre-licensing study program and pass the state exam
      - High School Diploma or GED required
      - Minimum of 2+ years of inbound sales experience preferred
      - Ability to work in a fast-paced, full-time remote environment
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong multi-tasking abilities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in a performance-driven call/contact center environment
      - Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a plus; must be fluent in speaking, reading, and writing
      - Familiarity with MS Office products, including Teams, and quick adaptability to new systems
