What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Embark on extensive field travel to visit agent offices, delivering insightful reports and additional training
- Lead and execute sales strategies to acquire and grow agency partnerships, driving premium growth
- Identify new market opportunities and optimize territory coverage to expand market presence
- Cultivate strong relationships with independent agents and brokers, providing sales support and product knowledge
- Stay informed of P&C insurance trends and maintain relationships with industry leaders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 4 years of sales experience at a property and casualty insurance company or agency, preferably focused on homeowners/coastal property
- Deep understanding of the P&C market, competitive landscape, and underwriting considerations
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
