What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with policyholders to develop tailored insurance risk management profiles
- Maintain a portfolio of existing customers while pursuing new insurance sales
- Keep accurate logs of sales databases, client reports, and bookkeeping records
- Evaluate clients' needs and stage-of-life priorities to present suitable insurance options
- Stay updated on industry changes that may affect your clients
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong communication skills and motivation to succeed in a commission-based role
- No felonies on record
- Must have or be willing to obtain a valid insurance license
- Basic understanding of sales lead or accounting software is helpful
- High school diploma is mandatory; a bachelor's degree is preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in customer service to enhance communication skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and fundamental computer skills
