What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Sell insurance products directly to consumers through various lead sources, including DRTV, direct mail, and internet marketing
- Provide exceptional customer service while identifying and addressing customer needs
- Process inbound and outbound sales and service calls, ensuring compliance with regulations
- Complete new insurance applications and maintain accurate records in the electronic database
- Collaborate with customers to recommend products that promote business growth and meet their needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience
- Life and Health Insurance License required at the time of hire
- Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced inside sales environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in business English
- Ability to learn and retain new information quickly and effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the insurance industry and knowledge of sales techniques
- Bilingual competency in English and Spanish
- Contact center experience and familiarity with sales processes
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets consistently
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make informed decisions
