      Responsibilities
      • Review insurance policies for accuracy, coverage, and limits in order to recommend modifications, as needed
      • Facilitate sales by keeping accurate records of personal information of prospects and customers within the insurance company databases
      • Customize personal lines insurance policy options, quotes, and educational materials for potential and current customers
      • Employ creative networking and sales strategies to generate leads that convert prospective clients into new clients
      • Inform supervisors of timely industry trends in the marketing field for consideration
      • Maintain our CRM system by tracking marketing campaigns e-marketing and subscriber lists, and other necessary information
      • Analyze and report results of content marketing campaigns, sponsorships, events, paid advertising, and speaking engagements to maintain a profitable cost-per-lead balance that drives Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs)
      • Consult with creative team on marketing collateral and campaign and promotional materials
      • Implement events and other marketing initiatives to drive insurance sales and brand awareness among key target audiences

      Qualifications
      • 1-2 years of experience working as an entry-level marketer, digital marketing specialist, B2B communicator, life insurance specialist, or similar insurance industry role preferred
      • CRM, analytics, and marketing automation tools prowess is essential
      • Bachelor's degree in marketing communications, advertising or other related field is required
      • Candidates must have core computer skills and experience using Microsoft Office programs including Word and Excel
      • Project management, analytics, verbal/written communication skills, and superb organization experience is a must
