      - Utilize payor portals to establish and confirm patient benefits
      - Test the accuracy of patient benefit information and complete daily action item requirements
      - Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations regarding patient information
      - Report any compliance concerns to the supervisor or Compliance Committee

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Exceptional interpersonal skills, including strong written and verbal communication abilities
      - Proficiency in data analysis and navigation of EMR systems
