Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) and major medical insurance related phone calls
- Resolve customer and PBM questions and problems following established guidelines and procedures
- Process PBM rejections and facilitate reimbursement windshields for major medical claims
- Request and load insurance plans and process medical insurance referrals
- Identify and assess individual customer or patient needs and provide education and assistance
