      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide exceptional customer service as the first point of contact for potential members
      - Conduct inside sales of tele-therapy services through phone, text, and email communications
      - Coordinate and schedule therapy appointments while completing the intake process
      - Offer post-sales support to ensure a smooth transition into treatment
      - Advocate for patients by clearly articulating the value of the employer's services to the OCD community

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must have excellent communication skills and demonstrate empathy in interactions
      - High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
      - Proven ability to provide consistent, excellent customer service to both internal and external customers
      - Strong attention to detail and ability to use multiple software programs simultaneously
      - Ability to thrive under moderate pressure in a sales environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 1-3 years of inside sales or related experience
      - Empathy-driven relationship-building skills
      - Experience in a fast-paced environment, particularly in startups
      - Ability to adapt to changing processes and demands
      - Technologically savvy, capable of navigating various software tools effectively
