What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage new patient referrals and coordinate timely start-of-care visits for home infusion therapy
- Serve as a liaison between specialty pharmacies, nurses, and patients to ensure seamless care delivery
- Utilize technology platforms to facilitate communication and coordination among all stakeholders
- Handle inbound and outbound communications via email, phone, chat, and SMS
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to complete visit documentation and related tasks
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ability to utilize multiple technology platforms simultaneously
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Highly organized with exceptional time management skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of explaining complex information clearly
- Ability to type 60 words per minute with high accuracy
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proficiency in medical terminology and prior experience in the healthcare industry
- Previous experience in infusion therapy, healthcare intake, or specialty pharmacy
- Experience working in a startup environment
