What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond promptly to new leads via phone, text, or email, ensuring a welcoming first impression
- Conduct structured intake calls to qualify leads, build trust, and guide them towards a decision
- Convert consultations into signed retainers using established scripts and processes
- Track and update the lead pipeline in the CRM diligently, ensuring no potential client is overlooked
- Ensure all initial intake forms are completed accurately and confirm all necessary details for client onboarding
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Sales or customer service experience is highly valued
- Previous legal experience is highly valued
- High school diploma or GED is a requirement; Bachelor's degree is a plus
- Exceptional communication skills and a strong sense of empathy
- Experience with CRM and case management software is desired
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proven track record in inside sales, consultative sales, or high-ticket services
- Ability to remain calm and persuasive while supporting emotionally stressed clients
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on detail and accuracy in data entry and follow-up
