What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain and manage school records in an organized manner
- Coordinate with registrars for missing documents and ensure compliance with state requirements
- Process requests for records from external agencies promptly
- Communicate with parents tactfully, maintaining confidentiality in all job-related matters
- Ensure school personnel comply with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA)
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of classroom experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Special Education Certification
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time for meetings and professional development
- Ability to clear required background checks

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
