What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze school system data and provide actionable recommendations to help schools improve outcomes
- Build and maintain low-code platforms to display data and collect inputs from school systems
- Create user-friendly dashboards and tools for data visualization and organization
- Analyze statutory data to identify overlaps and propose solutions to unify plan requirements
- Collaborate with agency staff to ensure data is accessible and actionable
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in data analytics and data storytelling
- At least 8 years of experience working with low-code platforms
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
- At least 3 years of experience in data visualization using Power BI
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1+ year of experience using Qualtrics
- 1+ year of experience using Smartsheet
- 1+ year of experience working with state agencies or in the education sector
