      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Meet or exceed annual territory sales goals by collaborating with sales channel partners.
      - Communicate effectively the value proposition of pharmacy services in sales pitches.
      - Provide consultative expertise when promoting pharmacy management services.
      - Manage all sales activities and maintain records in SharePoint.
      - Lead internal and external sales meetings related to pharmacy management.

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree preferred.
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) sector, including product and pricing knowledge.
      - Sales or direct client management experience required.
      - Strong strategic, analytical, and relationship management skills.
      - Excellent presentation skills for internal and external communications.

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with RFP analysis and management.
      - Deep understanding of PBM industry trends and competitive landscape.
      - Proven ability to develop productive relationships with key stakeholders and producers.
      - Internally motivated with a strong work ethic and competitive spirit.
