- Lead EDI implementation and integration efforts across D365 and other business systems.
- Design, develop, and maintain system integrations, APIs, and data flows to optimize business processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Supply Chain, and Finance, to define integration requirements.
- Manage third-party integration providers and ensure adherence to industry standards.
- Monitor and troubleshoot integration performance, ensuring data accuracy and system reliability.
- Drive continuous improvements in integration strategies to enhance scalability and efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in integration management, with a focus on EDI and ERP systems (preferably D365).
- Strong knowledge of EDI transactions (X12, EDIFACT), API management, and middleware platforms.
- Experience with supply chain, finance, or operations processes in a CPG or manufacturing environment is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with SAP BTP, IBM VAN, Azure Integration Services, Power Automate, or similar tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including IT, Finance, and Operations, to ensure seamless integration and support of D365 within the organization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- Must be flexible, work well under pressure, and readily adapt to change.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable working in a diverse, fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
