      Job Summary
      Reporting to the Product Marketing leadership, this role will support North America Marketing projects related to merging key legacy brands to the future state product offerings, including impacted IT and system changes, as well as process solutions.
      Manages approved category strategy plans with the cross functional team for implementation and serves as the end-to-end cross-functional lead of integration efforts for all Pest Control lines of business, focused on operations that support Price, Promotion or Marketing. Partners with Managers, Sr. Product Managers, and Project Management to implement the strategy, apply product expertise, ensure execution excellence through code testing and managing feedback from migrated branches.

      Key Performance Indicators
      Delivery: Execution of strategy by Line of Business for Pest Control categories
      Efficiency: Meeting deadlines for integration with accuracy and high attention to detail
      Growth: Support migrations, acting as the subject matter expert on integration processes and specifics
      Customer retention: We will measure success through customer satisfaction and retention throughout the migration process.

      Principal Duties and Responsibilities
      To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
      Takes ownership of integration projects and tasks for Product Marketing including code and pricing setup, UAT testing, and communications with Sales Entry, Change Management, and Training teams on upcoming changes by region.
      Leads branch and region support for Pest Control integration activities. As each region starts integration, this role will serve as the Product and Pricing expert on codes and processes and will work to resolve any issues or concerns.
      Coordinates with other team members within Product Marketing, Pricing,Technical, Sales, and Sales Entry to confirm execution.
      Supports Project Management with relevant updates and tracking of progress to ensure we meet all deadlines and deliverables with high accuracy of input.
      Develops and maintains strong relationships with key stakeholders, including regular communication.

      Required Experience
      Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Marketing or related area.
      3-5 years experience in product management or related Marketing functions
      Strong leadership, influencing, and presentation skills are required.
      Strong knowledge of product go to market strategies, including pricing, promotion, place and proposition development.
      Strong understanding of consumer market research and how to apply it to strategy
      Superior data analytics capability. Statistical understanding is a plus.
      Must possess superior verbal and written communication skills.
      Business acumen - Ability to provide leadership and direction at a cross functional leadership level
      Focus on consumer needs, market conditions and competitive environment
      Excellent organizational skills with a heightened sense of attention to detail are key characteristics of the perfect candidate.
      Strong interpersonal skills that allow for healthy internal and external relationships are a must.
      Additionally, strong computer skills whereby the candidate is fluent in Excel. Google Platform experience is a plus.
      Experience in a consumer-focused, branded product or services business required

      Formal Education, Qualifications or Training
      Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a Economics, Marketing or related subject
