What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support client needs across the customer lifecycle using data to improve program and student outcomes
- Lead ongoing client assessments to build quality relationships and ensure loyalty and renewals
- Deliver expert nursing services with ATI products and best practice policies
- Oversee part-time Integration Specialists as needed to ensure optimal client service
- Utilize client success technology platforms for managing client data and metrics

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master's degree in nursing, with a current registered nurse license in good standing; Doctorate preferred
- 5+ years of industry experience within Nursing Academia and Client Success
- 2+ years of experience teaching in an academic nursing setting
- 2+ years of experience in nursing education using ATI resources strongly preferred
- Proficiency in technology tools and nursing curriculum accreditation

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certified Nurse Educator (CNE) certification
- 2+ years expertise in the NCLEX test plan and nursing education industry
- Ability to deliver effective and engaging presentations
- Innovative thinker with creative problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive decision making
