What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support client needs across the customer lifecycle using data to enhance program and student outcomes
- Lead ongoing client assessments to build strong relationships and ensure value recognition of products
- Deliver expert nursing services and best practice policies for product alignment and active learning integration
- Oversee part-time integration specialists to ensure optimal service for all clients
- Manage metrics and key performance indicators for client success using data-driven strategies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master's degree in nursing, with a current registered nurse license in good standing; Doctorate degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of industry experience within Nursing Academia and Client Success
- At least 2 years of teaching experience in an academic nursing setting
- Proficiency in technology tools necessary for Client Success Operations
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and present findings effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certified Nurse Educator (CNE) certification
- 2+ years of experience using ATI resources in nursing education
- Expertise in the NCLEX test plan and nursing education industry
- Experience in curriculum development and the nursing accreditation process
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations effectively
