      Intern Application Support for AI and process improvement.


      As an Intern Application support reporting to the Application Support Senior Manager, you will help to review and improve our processes and also you will support a pilot to bring AI to application support process.
      You will work in the IATA I&D division and collaborate with all other divisions.


      You will be responsible for:

      • Supporting the review I&D Application support processes.
      • Supporting the improvement of current processes.
      • Supporting to designing, building and deploying a proof of concept of how to use AI tools in an application support framework.
      • Supporting knowledge management activities.
      • Generating reports Application support activities.

      We would love to hear from you If you :

      • Have a recent University Degree in Computer Science (within one year of graduation) or related field.
      • Have good process analytical skills
      • Are good at innovation and/or creativity
      • Have excellent planning and organization skills
      • Have an experience in artificial intelligence (optional)
