- Design and implement business processes and/or plans with internal and external customers
- Identify process inefficiencies and collaborate with key partners to drive continuous improvement efforts to address the gaps
- Actively collaborate with customers to arrive at aligned business decisions
- Highlight and drive resolution to planning issues; gaps between roadmap strategy, manufacturing capability, and market demands
- Build optimization models on large data sets
- Be responsible for and validate master data completeness and accuracy
- Analyze data and be able to summarize and present trends to partners
- Analyze and research integrated business planning technology and solutions
- Understand the interaction of Supply Chain technology solutions associated applications used within Micron (i.e. LPI, SPO, Rapid Response, MICAP, Tableau, APO-DP, etc.)
- Organize and facilitate cross-functional forums, meetings, and activities that drive engagement and alignment across teams
- Publish supply response for customer demand, sales orders, factory plan, material plan, die mix plan, and inventory replenishment strategy
- Leverage global team to have continuous attention to urgent action items
- Position Supply/Inventory to predictably meet revenue plans
• Communicate risks and opportunities of supply to rev planning teams
• Understand demand/rev opportunities with no supply
• Understand demand at risk and alternative scenarios
• Provide qualitative inputs to demand management to optimize supply/demand balancing within constraints - Project supply accurately for reliable commitments to customer orders
• Maintain supply fill rate metrics to demand for the full horizon
• Provide qualitative inputs to replenishment strategies to achieve required delivery performance - Manage inventory to targets at specific locations
• Manage wafer/die inventory health
• Provide qualitative inputs to Si Planning on mix changes - Interface with BU Ops, Sales, and Finance for supply events
- Interaction with customer for supply escalations or processes
- Manage supply risks and opportunities communications to the associated business processes
- Master Level degree is preferred
- Preferred degree in Industrial Engineering or Supply Chain
- Junior level status in a Bachelor’s degree in engineering field is required
