      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Research and analyze multi-state and cross-jurisdictional laws and requirements
      - Translate laws and legal requirements into digestible and relatable content
      - Draft and edit company policies, procedures, and resource materials
      - Create compliance training and resource materials for different audiences
      - Assist with the analysis, communication, and remediation of internal compliance audit results

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Law, Business, or related field
      - Knowledge or coursework in multi-state employment law, compliance, or related areas
      - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and apply legal regulations
      - Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
      - Graduating in 2024 or 2025 (undergraduate or graduate degree)
