What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct primary and secondary research to understand user behaviors, attitudes, and pain points
- Manage a research project from initial test plan development to final reporting and presentation
- Synthesize and communicate key insights to stakeholders through presentations and workshops
- Collaborate with user researchers, market researchers, designers, product managers, and engineering teams
- Drive meaningful research that informs product direction and delivers actionable insights
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must have a completed Bachelor's degree
- Currently enrolled as a Master's, JD, or PhD student at an accredited college or university with an expected graduation date of December 2026 or later
- Passionate about User Research and able to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
- Versatile research toolkit, utilizing both established and new methodologies
- Strong teamwork skills with a positive contribution to group dynamics
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods
- Strong presentation skills for communicating research insights
- Previous involvement in user research or related projects
- Interest in healthcare technology and improving user experiences
