What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct compliant sales presentations to enroll prospective members into the plan while adhering to marketing policies and state and federal guidelines
- Ensure the use of only Medicare-approved materials during presentations
- Conduct in-person appointments at medical centers or clients' homes, converting appointments into enrollments
- Check enrollment paperwork for accuracy and coordinate new members' first visits with their primary care physicians
- Resolve member issues regarding plan benefits and medication copays, maintaining effective communication with all parties involved

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school graduate or equivalent; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Agent License 2-15 (Life, Health & Variable Annuity) or 2-40 (Health), in good standing, required
- Certificate of completion for either Gorman or AHIP for the corresponding year
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Excellent computer knowledge, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
