What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with Regional Sales Directors to support territory strategy, pipeline development, and advisor engagement
- Serve as an internal point of contact for advisors, supporting new plan opportunities and fiduciary engagements
- Prepare and deliver proposals, illustrations, and sales support materials that communicate the employer's fiduciary value
- Track and manage leads and opportunities in Salesforce CRM, ensuring accurate activity notes and follow-up
- Assist with webinars and advisor events promoting the employer's fiduciary expertise
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-6 years of experience in internal sales, sales support, client service, or related roles within retirement plans or financial services
- Foundational knowledge of ERISA, defined contribution plans, and fiduciary concepts
- Series 6 & 63 preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with 3(16) fiduciary engagements and Cash Balance plans
- Proactive approach to outbound advisor engagement
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through capabilities
