What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide timely and accurate information to international customers and internal teams via phone, email, and other electronic channels
- Manage a high volume of international customer accounts and their support needs
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly, ensuring clear communication of resolutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met effectively
- Document all customer interactions and follow-ups in customer service applications
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong communication skills, with fluency in English and Japanese
- Minimum of 4 years of related experience or a two-year degree, with an undergraduate degree preferred
- Previous customer service experience, ideally in the healthcare, biotechnology, or diagnostics industry
- Ability to work independently and as part of a global team
- Proficient in using CRM software and customer support tools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in both phone and written customer support
- Knowledge of administrative procedures and protocols
- Familiarity with Salesforce, ServiceCloud, and laboratory information management systems
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to balance multiple client and internal stakeholder needs
