What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist with monthly payroll processing for APAC and EMEA regions in partnership with third-party payroll providers
- Serve as the point of contact for employee payroll inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate resolution
- Verify and reconcile payroll data from HR systems and third-party platforms
- Support HR teams with the administration of benefits, pension schemes, holiday pay, and leave of absence tracking
- Assist with year-end activities, including statutory filings, audits, and reporting requirements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5-7 years of hands-on international payroll experience in a high-growth, multi-entity environment
- Expertise in EMEA payroll compliance, including tax, labor codes, social security, pensions, benefits, and terminations
- Experience with international equity programs such as RSUs and ESPP
- Strong analytical capabilities and a commitment to operational excellence
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
