What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Sell seasonal exchange programs to prospective U.S. businesses
- Prospect and cold call to gather information on host employer needs
- Build and maintain relationships with host employers, including recruiters and business owners
- Provide consultation on hiring needs and create tailored hiring solutions for Bridge USA programs
- Maintain accurate sales databases and support program success from application to completion
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree (or international equivalent)
- Minimum of 2 years of previous sales experience, preferably in B2B and human capital solutions
- Experience in international exchange programs preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Salesforce

- Experience with recruitment or human resources
- Previous international travel and/or work experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Energetic, personable, goal-oriented, and able to work collaboratively
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines
