What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Sell CIEE's Seasonal Exchange programs to prospective U.S. businesses
- Prospect and cold call to gather information about host employer needs and hiring requirements
- Build and maintain relationships with host employers, including recruiters and U.S. summer camps
- Provide tailored consultation to host employers for successful Bridge USA program implementation
- Hire program participants for host employers, potentially involving international travel
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of previous sales experience, preferably in B2B and human capital solutions
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in international exchange programs or related fields
- Previous international travel and/or work experience
- Recruitment or Human Resource experience
- Proficiency in MS Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Salesforce
- Energetic, personable, goal-oriented, and able to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment
