      A BOI promoted Thai-Japan-German JV in major manufacture of automotive part with Worldwide export. Our located in Amata City, Rayong Province (40 min from Pattaya, 90 mins from Bangkok), is a growing plant with about 1,000 employees. Currently products for the divisions Chassis Control, Powertrain Solutions, Diesel Systems and Electrical Drives are produced there. Also pass-through business is handled for several divisions.

      Job Description

      • Support HR General Affair and Learning and Development function in employee welfare, training organization, personnel marketing and company CSR activities or events
      • Support HR administrative for internal and external visitors e.g. and catering request
      • Support newcomer, create employee ID Card, canteen card, uniform, van request,
      • Support plant tours kit, photographer, printing
      • Support meeting arrangement (aligning with requests and canteen)
      • Provide digitalization tool if possible support HR activity

      Qualifications

      • Student study a Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, MIS, Computer , Data IT, English, or related fields.

      • Able to basic communication in English.

      • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

      • Eager to learn and capable of multitasking.

      • Creative, responsible, and detail-oriented.

      • Minimum internship period of 4 months (starting from April, or May 2024).

      • Thai nationality
