      JOIN THE UNIT

      In the Corporate Human Resources unit, we are responsible for managing HR work in the BASF Group. By developing focused HR guidelines, we implement the corporate strategy on employee-related topics. In addition, we design instruments for the development and retention of senior executives, provide them with operational support in personnel matters and are responsible for their strategic succession planning.

      RESPONSIBILITIES

      We offer you the opportunity to actively contribute to the shape and design the global talent journey and future of work of BASF. We are looking for you for 5 up to 6 months* in our Corporate Human Capability Future unit. Currently we are looking for someone who can start preferably Mid-January or beginning of February 2025. However, applications for a later date are also very welcome.

      • Do you want to make a difference? You will actively contribute to the conception and further development of our candidate & employee experience. You will support us in the user-friendly preparation and professional communication of our concepts.
      • Do you love variety? You will support projects around topics like employee and leadership development, feedback landscape, employer branding, skill management, DE&I and future of work as a valuable team member, and assist us in selecting future interns
      • Do you like to think big? Together we analyze trends in the HR environment to further develop our organization.
      • Do you appreciate flexibility? We structure our projects by ourselves, which allows us to be flexible in terms of time.

      *Periods that last longer than 3 months are only possible through compulsory or a combination of compulsory and voluntary internships.

      QUALIFICATIONS

      • advanced course of study in psychology, social, economics, humanities or communication sciences
      • mandatory internship required
      • an interest in current HR topics
      • creativity and enthusiasm
      • strong communication skills in English
      • practical experience in the areas of talent acquisition, talent management, employer branding or marketing appreciated
