Are you passionate about Supply Chain and Performance ? We are currently offering an internship at the heart of Global Supply Chain Performance animation in an open and international environment. You will be working on KPI reporting, and you will identify opportunities for improving the performance across the Specialized Nutrition S&OP network. In this role you will be supervised by the S&OP Performance Manager. As part of your scope you will be working with business units and factories around the world.
This internship takes place within the Operations team and will provide a unique opportunity to gain practical experience and develop your skills in a rapidly evolving field.
Your main activities will be:
• Run weekly and monthly KPI reporting to ensure high quality data available on time.
• Perform root-cause analysis aiming at detecting underperformance and opportunities for improvement in collaboration with Sales Units and factories
• Support team with performance animation and presentation for different forums
• Support or lead improvement projects related to reporting and/or performance managementYou are a Master student in Engineering, Business Management, Supply Chain or any related field. You are a Data Savvy and you find the Data driven world exciting and intriguing.
Preferably we would like someone with strong data management skills and analytical mindset, who's able to utilize BI and relevant tools to provide efficient and accurate reporting. Additionally, your eye for detail and logical mindset allows you to spot critical information in the data provided, supporting you in gathering useful insights that can be transformed into solutions. You are a fast learner, team player, have positive energy and ability to prioritize to always meet deadlines. You are not afraid to challenge situations and bring your own ideas forward in order to act proactively in a fast-paced environment. Your strong communication skills enable you to have clear and effective communication with stakeholders.
There are also some compulsory requirements:
• Enrolled as a Masters student during the whole internship period (if you are a non-EU citizen, you need to be enrolled at a Dutch university);
• Ideally available to start on 2nd of October (preferable) 2023 for a minimum of 6 months, 5 days per week;
• You are fluent in English - spoken and written;
• You are able to work from Hoofddorp, NL;

We offer a gross monthly internship allowance 650 euros per month and a home working allowance/contribution towards travel. Please do keep in mind that we do not offer relocation and/or accommodation benefits for students coming from abroad.
