What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate the Interstate Compact on the Placement of Children (ICPC) program
- Approve or deny requests for children's placement into Wisconsin
- Provide consultation and technical assistance to agency staff/supervisors
- Ensure compliance with statutes, agency regulations, and policies
- Serve as Deputy Compact Administrator for Wisconsin
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Professional or direct lived experience in child welfare or related human services field
- Experience using electronic medical record systems for program responsibilities
- Experience delivering program services in accordance with Federal or State statutes
- Experience supporting families with a "putting families first" philosophy
- Must be legally entitled to work in the United States
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with Interstate Compact on the Placement of Children (ICPC) or similar regulations
- Experience applying diversity and equity efforts within an organization
- Experience with data-driven performance monitoring and quality improvement approaches
