      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and implement individualized intervention plans based on student assessments and needs
      - Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create and monitor academic and behavioral goals for students
      - Provide direct support and instruction to students, both in-person and virtually
      - Analyze student progress data and adjust intervention strategies as needed
      - Conduct workshops and training sessions for school staff on best practices for supporting students with special needs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
      - Master's degree in Special Education, Educational Psychology, or a related field
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in special education or a related area
      - Passionate about working with K-12 students in a virtual setting

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience developing and implementing intervention strategies for diverse learning needs
      - Familiarity with current research and best practices in special education
