Our Data Teams assist the operational and Functional Teams in creating meaningful data which allows informed decisions to be made to ensure we are operating with financial and KPI agreed terms.

      WHAT KIND OF WORK WILL I DO?

      Working within our Manufacturing Logistics, Automotive site, you will work with a passionate team focusing on the below and many more.

      • Meet deadlines to ensure the supply chain is running efficiently and managing unexpected demand
      • Forecast customer demand
      • Business Improvement Techniques
      • Gathering Interpreting and utilising Data in the Workplace
      • Managing Workplace Projects
      • Sustainability and Environmental issues
      • Procurement and Supplier Management
      • ensuring all inventory is correctly labelled and located in required location
      • Inventory is kept in a quality state in order to be distributed

      WHAT WILL MY APPRENTICESHIP COVER?

      • Meet deadlines to ensure the supply chain is running efficiently and managing unexpected demand
      • Analyse large amounts of data to identify key trends and themes
      • Help with everyday problem solving activities where small process improvements can have a significant improvement on the rest of the supply chain
      • Forecast customer demand
      • Business Improvement Techniques
      • Gathering Interpreting and utilising Data in the Workplace
      • Solving Problems and Making Decisions
      • Managing Workplace Projects
      • Understand Negotiation and Networking
      • Sustainability and Environmental issues

      WHAT SKILLS DO I NEED?

      • A passion for all things data
      • An ordered mind set
      • Eagerness to learn
      • Computer literacy and knowledge of MS Office applications

      WHAT ENTRY REQUIREMENTS DO I NEED?

      • Must hold a valid UK driving license or be self-reliant to travel to multiple sites when required.
      • Must be fluent in English
      • You must have achieved G.C.S.E.s in Mathematics and English with Grade C and above/4-9 or have a achieved Level 2 Functional skills in both English and Mathematics
      • As part of the Inventory Management (Supply Chain Practitioner) Level 3 Apprenticeship, you must have lived in the UK or European Economic Area (EEA) for the last 3 consecutive years as it is a government funded apprenticeship programme

      • COMPENSATION:

      £21,000 per annum starting salary. As an Apprentice your salary will increase throughout the programme.

      We want Apprentices to build their careers, with the option to complete a further Apprenticeship after completing the Inventory Management (Supply Chain Practitioner) Level 3. Apprentices can contribute their ideas to influence the success of our business and be a part of an organization that makes an impact to society as well as to the world of logistics. After your programme you will transition into the Alumni community to continue the growth of your career.

      WORKING WEEK: 40 hours shift patterns will apply

      Our application process is simple – you'll complete an online application form, then take an online strengths assessment, followed by an online job simulation. Provided you meet the required criteria, you'll be invited to an Experience Day where we can meet you.
