Job Description

- Manage direct staff of 3 and a wider team of 24
- Help design stock management system
- Grow the quality function and sustain kitting auditing function
- Look to absorb assembly auditing and centralise all site quality auditing and compliance
- Liaise and communicate with the supply chain team and directly with suppliers to drive internal operational improvements
- Seek to continually improve processes and identify areas of potential weaknesses
- Inspire the inventory team to care about our customers, brand and products
- Experience with working in a supply chain management environment
- Experience in an FMCG environment
- Experience with working with external suppliers and managing internal stakeholders
- Computer literate (MS Excel, Word, WMS)

About The Team:
We have an exciting opportunity for a hands-on, detail-oriented Inventory Manager to manage an exciting and high-performing team on our Banbury site. A role that will challenge you but also enable you to make a difference to the site's stock accuracy, waste reduction and wider business.

Work Schedule:Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, weekend working if/when required
