- Leading and managing teams that oversee all aspects of inventory control, including cycle counting, receiving, and inventory accuracy.
- Strong leadership skills to ensure that inventory levels are accurate and processes are efficient.
- Oversee and improve a robust cycle counting program to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Review and analyze cycle count results, identifying root causes for discrepancies and implementing corrective actions.
- Ensure that cycle counting activities are conducted regularly and comply with company policies.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring accurate records are maintained in the inventory management system.
- Conduct regular audits to verify inventory accuracy and integrity.
- Implement and enforce inventory control procedures to minimize shrinkage, obsolescence, and inaccuracies.
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure optimal inventory levels are maintained.
- Leadership in Annual Physical Inventory for the Factory.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain or Business
- 5+ years of experience in logistics 3PL Management
- Advanced degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years experience
- Strong understanding of inventory control principles, cycle counting, and warehouse operations.
- Experience managing relationships with third-party logistics providers.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and systems (SAP Preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
