What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Shape Inventory Operations Performance and ensure operational efficiency
- Oversee inventory control and compliance measures
- Collaborate cross-functionally to achieve operational excellence
- Develop tools and optimize operating systems for inventory management
- Implement process improvements and influence organizational practices
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Inventory Management, or Purchasing
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent business judgment with strong written and verbal communication skills
- High numerical and analytical aptitude with experience in advanced modeling
- Ability to navigate and thrive in ambiguous situations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in e-commerce or a related field
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and drive improvements
- Familiarity with inventory management software and tools
