What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Execute, monitor, and train inventory best practices and standard operating procedures for the store, including pharmacy inventory management activities
- Engage with customers, providing assistance and resolving issues to ensure a positive customer experience
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and manage pharmacy inventory activities under the supervision of the pharmacist-in-charge
- Support front end and pharmacy ordering processes and ensure compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products
- Assist in the maintenance of inventory records and prepare for physical inventory activities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Six months of prior work experience with the employer or one year of prior retail work experience
- Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to multitask and manage execution
- Experience in identifying operational issues and recommending strategies to resolve problems
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience as a shift lead, pharmacy technician, designated hitter, or customer service associate
- Prior work experience with the employer, with an evaluation on file

Responsibilities may include: receiving, scanning, picking, packing, auditing and shipping merchandise to the customer. Tracks all inbound and outbound items through radio frequency (RF) scanning to ensure accountability in inventory. Verifies orders and ensures entry into the inventory management system. Operates a clean and safe work environment, ensuring that all areas of the warehouse are well maintained, kept orderly and free of debris. Maintains quality standards set forth by warehouse management.
