What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Execute, monitor, and train on inventory best practices and standard operating procedures for the store, including pharmacy management
- Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services to ensure a positive experience
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and oversee all inventory processes, including receiving and posting of products
- Assist in the execution of pricing activities, including price changes and markdowns
- Serve as a liaison between management and team members, coaching on inventory systems and reporting issues
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of six months of prior work experience with the employer or one year of retail work experience
- Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Experience in identifying operational issues and implementing solutions
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience as a shift lead, pharmacy technician, or customer service associate
- Prior work experience with the employer, with an evaluation on file

Responsibilities may include: receiving, scanning, picking, packing, auditing and shipping merchandise to the customer. Tracks all inbound and outbound items through radio frequency (RF) scanning to ensure accountability in inventory. Verifies orders and ensures entry into the inventory management system. Operates a clean and safe work environment, ensuring that all areas of the warehouse are well maintained, kept orderly and free of debris. Maintains quality standards set forth by warehouse management.
