      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Execute and monitor inventory management best practices for front end and pharmacy operations
      - Engage with customers to enhance their experience and resolve any issues
      - Oversee asset protection techniques and manage inventory discrepancies
      - Maintain accurate inventory counts and ensure compliance with local laws
      - Assist in training team members on inventory systems and processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Six months of prior work experience with the employer or one year of retail experience
      - Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English
      - Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
      - Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to multitask
      - Experience in identifying operational issues and recommending solutions

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience as a shift lead, pharmacy technician, or customer service associate
      - Prior work experience with the employer, with a favorable evaluation on file

  • About the company

      Responsibilities may include: receiving, scanning, picking, packing, auditing and shipping merchandise to the customer. Tracks all inbound and outbound items through radio frequency (RF) scanning to ensure accountability in inventory. Verifies orders and ensures entry into the inventory management system. Operates a clean and safe work environment, ensuring that all areas of the warehouse are well maintained, kept orderly and free of debris. Maintains quality standards set forth by warehouse management.
